Set the administrator for the Class evaluation survey plug-in

The class evaluation questionnaire is conducted using the "Class Evaluation Questionnaire Plug-in". The class evaluation questionnaire plug-in is one of the plug-ins managed by the Log viewer. It allows you to set authority and do other operations in the Log viewer screen.

First, set up the user’s authority to create and conduct a class evaluation questionnaire.

  1. After logging in as a Log viewer system administrator to WebClass, click the menu "learning record viewer"> "management".

  2. Click on "Root" and click on the [Add] button.

  3. Create a survey management organization. After clicking "Create New", enter an organization name and click the "Add" button.

  4. Click the [x] button to close the Add organization screen. Then from the subordinate organization under Root, click the organization name added earlier.

  5. Set the members who create and conduct the survey. Click the [Add] member button.

  6. In the Add Member screen, search for the user. Check the check box on the left of the user name and click the [Add Selected Users] button or click the [Add All Search Results] button.

  7. In "Register with new role" enter “Administrator”, and click [Send].

  8. Click the [x] button to return to the organization member list screen, and click "Plug-in".

  9. Click the [Add] button in the plug-in.

  10. Set the authority. Click the [x] button to close the plug-in list, then click “settings”.

  11. Put a check mark into “create / summarize the survey” authority of the class evaluation survey, and click the [Save authority setting] button.

  12. With the above procedure, you can set the user’s authority to create and conduct a class evaluation survey.

Create a survey

  1. After logging in to WebClass as a system administrator, click "survey"> "survey management" from the system administrator menu.

  2. The survey list screen is displayed. Click the [Create a survey] button to create a new survey. (If you want to edit an existing survey, please select and click on it)

  3. The survey edit screen is displayed. Please enter the content. Survey items can be exported and imported in CSV format.

Create the survey target data

In the class evaluation survey plug-in, you can select the survey target from the following;

WebClass course members
Surveys on course content, such as class evaluation survey and FD reports.

Log portfolio Log viewer organization members

Register the class evaluation survey target class as an organization, which will be the target of the survey. The organization for the class evaluation survey can be created as below;

Register the target class for the class evaluation survey, referring to “Set the authority to multiple organizations”.

If you use a default class code for organization_id of the class organization, it will be easy to identify later.
By setting an organization that represents the year "2019" as an intermediate organization, it will be easier to work in the next year.

The authority settings are as follows;
